The Talent Manager, a new role at Omni, will serve as the operational backbone of our talent functions, translating strategic vision into day-to-day systems and processes that support our growing team. Reporting to our Talent Director, this role is ideal for a detail-oriented talent professional who excels at process management and has a passion for social change work with an equity focus. The Talent Manager will collaborate closely with the Talent Director, operations team, senior leaders, and staff to ensure we attract and retain diverse talent in alignment with Omni's mission and values.

Location
This is a remote position anywhere within the continental US states.
Omni Institute’s headquarters are in Denver, CO, where we have an office for staff to work from. Employees who work from home/remotely must have a suitable home office environment. We try to limit work travel, but employees can expect some travel for client meetings, conferences, or company meetings (expected up to 5% of the time).

Omni Institute is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit consultancy that supports nonprofit organizations, philanthropies, government agencies, and social ventures to accelerate positive social change toward a more equitable society. We provide research, evaluation, and capacity building services primarily through a project-based client consulting model with approximately 50 staff located in 17 states, with recently completed projects in over 20 US states. Our primary areas of focus include Community Health, Behavioral Health, Adult & Juvenile Justice, Economic Security, and Children & Families.
