Director of Development

The LIFT Fund seeks a Development Director to join its growing team to lead its fundraising work. The Development Director will work closely with LIFT’s Executive Director and leadership and oversee the fundraising team. The ideal candidate should excel at developing and overseeing a strategic fundraising plan and building long-term, trusted relationships with funding partners. The right candidate will be ready to manage moving parts of a collective fundraising effort that includes senior staff, consultants, champion funders, and steering committee members. As a growing organization, all staff members must be comfortable with change and actively seek to support each other.

This position is employed by Neighborhood Funders Group, which is the LIFT Fund’s fiscal sponsor. The staff members of NFG are represented by CWA Local 9415 and this position is currently configured to be part of the bargaining unit.
