    Role Description

    The Executive Director will lead CASA of DuPage County in achieving its mission and strategic goals. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, developing and implementing strategic initiatives, building and maintaining relationships with community stakeholders, and overseeing fundraising and donor development efforts. The Executive Director will hire, supervise, and support staff, engage with the Board of Directors, and ensure compliance with financial and legal requirements. This is a full-time role based in Wheaton, IL.

    Qualifications

    • Leadership and management experience, including team supervision, strategic planning, and fostering a culture of collaboration
    • Expertise in nonprofit operations, such as fundraising, donor relations, financial management, and program development
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including staff, volunteers, board members, and community partners
    • Proficiency in organizational administration, including compliance, reporting, and risk management
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
