    Description

    As a Strategic Grant Consultant, you will lead a disciplined, relationship-first partnership development cycle designed to transform funding opportunities into transformative collaborations. Your mission is to secure the resources necessary to protect and empower adolescents across Africa by moving beyond transactional grant-seeking toward authentic, value-aligned partnerships.

    The ideal consultant will act as a bridge between TSO’s proven grassroots impact and the rigorous requirements of international donors. You will be responsible for identifying partners who view their contributions as an investment in a shared journey toward systemic change, ensuring that every secured resource strengthens TSO’s community-centered mission and local leadership.
