  • About Us

The Aunt Sister Project seeks to improve the health and well-being of cancer warriors, at every stage of their fight. By providing accessible group training to all, regardless of ability to pay, ASP aims to be the catalyst in enhancing cancer warriors’ overall quality of life through strength, spirit, courage, and connectedness.

ASP’s inclusivity means that adult cancer warriors (those in treatment) and survivors (those not receiving treatment or in remission) of any race, income, gender, or age (18+) can participate in affordable group training with a fitness specialist who understands their needs, regardless of diagnosis, stage, mode of treatment, or timeline of remission.

ASP strives to attain its mission with excellence, using four foundational pillars. Through regular PA we build physical STRENGTH; the mental benefits associated with PA will build SPIRIT; by empowering participants with knowledge and ability we build COURAGE; and by giving participants a community and platform to share we build CONNECTEDNESS.  We will not only enhance the quality of life for our warriors, we help change the trajectory of their lives by providing supportive resources for survivors, loved ones, and caretakers
