  • Mission

To renew, restore and strengthen Christian leaders and their families.

    About Us

Through our one-on-one Counseling Intensive Programs, hosted at our beautiful Retreat Center in Parker, Colorado, our licensed counselors can help Christian leaders get back in touch with God, renew their sense of calling, restore their professional vision and priorities, and strengthen their personal relationships. Here, at QuietWaters, Christian leaders receive the renewal, restoration, redemption, and strength they need to get back on track.

Since our inception, QuietWaters has served over 1,500 leaders from over 41 countries and 46 states. QuietWaters’ main purpose is to serve ministry leaders, whether male or female, single or married, a missionary here in the States or out-of-the-country, a pastor, a chaplain or other Christian leader. Volunteers help QuietWaters achieve this purpose through the following volunteer opportunities:

Host Couples: Volunteer hosts stay at the Retreat Center for one to two weeks to prepare meals, serve, and care for our guests during their Counseling Intensives and Retreats.

Grocery Shopping: Volunteers buy and deliver groceries to the Retreat Center.

Airport Transportation: Volunteers transport guests to and from the Retreat Center.

Other volunteer teams include Event Volunteers, Office Administration Team, Retreat Center Maintenance Team, and our Prayer Team.
