About Us
All-Star Kids Tutoring (ASKT) is a one-on-one reading tutoring program within Communities in Schools, a phoenix based non-profit organization. ASKT longs to see the cycle of illiteracy broken and is geared toward 2nd and 3rd graders struggling with basic reading skills. With your help you can give a child a better opportunity to succeed in school and in life! Reading tutors will be paired up with students recommended by their teacher to benefit from ASKT. Tutors and students will meet 90 minutes each week in the company of other tutor - student pairs in the school library.
