    Learning Home Volunteer's mission is to close the kindergarten readiness gap. We work with underserved families with preschool age children in San Mateo County.

    Our program pairs volunteers with the families. Volunteers and families are trained. The sessions are held once a week in the child's home. Services are provided from the time the child is enrolled until the child enters kindergarten.

    All materials are provided. Free set of core books are and books-of-the-month through out the program are provided to the family.
