    The Northeast Minneapolis Tool Library’s mission is to cultivate a more resilient and equitable community and reduce waste by empowering residents with access to tools, training, and workspaces.

    About Us

    What is a tool library, you might ask? Just what it sounds like...A space where community members can check out tools or equipment to be used for home maintenance, gardening, crafts, or other DIY activities. An annual fee of $55 allows one to check out tools, use the workspace and discounts on educational classes.

    This cuts down on all the one-time tools bought for the one-time projects, making it a little better for the Earth AND your wallet.
