Family Promise of Albany County

Family Promise of Albany County (FPAC) is a nonprofit organization that will provide shelter, meals, and educational programs to homeless families with children. Local churches and community organizations provide overnight lodging with volunteers providing meals, fellowship and transportation. Participants go to a day center during the day where there are showers, laundry facilities, educational programs, and computers. This Day Center provides an address and phone number so participants can apply for jobs and services. Perhaps, most important, this program keeps families together
