As a response to the fragile quality of teacher education in Nigeria, Connect Academia's methodology involves "teaching the teachers" by improving the quality of teacher training at the pre-service phase of a teacher's career and ensuring that they are classroom-ready upon graduation. This requires strategic focus on teachers in Colleges and Universities of Education as well as the teacher educators, including: lecturers and faculty members.
