  • Mission

Our mission is to raise awareness to the need to keep the beach clean and safe for nesting sea turtles. Our goal is to help the community learn how to protect sea turtles and our environment.

    About Us

Beach Junki is a small non-profit founded in Fernandina Beach to educate beach goers about plastic pollution and its effects on sea turtles. We have 3 initiatives that inspires the community to get involved with keeping the beach and safe. Amelia Sea Turtle created from collected marine debris as a way to raise awareness to marine debris. The Beach Toy Borrow Box is a place for beach goers to use or leave beach toys. Our Beach Clean-Up Baskets are available for use if you would like to do a beach clean_up.
