About Us

Join Nashoba Learning Group's innovative and fast growing Adult Program team and help young adults with autism achieve their potential! We have openings for Team Instructors to work directly with young adults teaching skills and providing behavioral support at our Program and in the community. NLG utilizes the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in all our programming. The Team Instructor will hold a Bachelor's degree in a human service related field including psychology, education, special education or related field with preference for candidates with a minimum of one year of experience in a training program for individuals with disabilities. As an alternative to a degree, a Team Instructor must have at least two years of demonstrated, related experience in providing direct services for individuals with disabilities.

Nashoba Learning Group (NLG) was founded in 2002 to offer a different life trajectory for more seriously impaired students with Autism and their families. Our program is based on the scientifically validated principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, delivered by highly trained and supervised teaching staff, and customized for each student in partnership with the family. Today NLG is able to provide outstanding, individualized education, training and intervention services for up to 130 students aged 3 to 22 with Autism Spectrum disorders.  This enables students to achieve their potential and become productive members of society throughout their lives.
