Rockville Presbyterian Cooperative Nursery School

RPCNS is a licensed cooperative non-public nursery school, located in the Historic West End of Rockville, serving children who are 2, 3 and 4 years old. RPCNS was founded in 1963 in Rockville, MD. RPCNS offers high quality education within a supportive community of parents and professionally qualified teachers. We believe that children excel by learning through play in a safe, nurturing community. We offer full and half day options, and a variety of levels of parental involvement. ​

As a cooperative nursery school, we believe in having families involved in their child’s first school experience. This cooperative model allows parents to carry through learning from school to home. The combination of loving parents and supportive teachers provides our children with a positive learning environment. The parent members work along side the classroom teacher, functioning as the teacher assistant on a regularly scheduled basis.
