Summer Field Studies at College of the Atlantic

  • About Us

Summer Field Studies is a day camp program designed for young people entering first through twelfth grades. Participants explore, play, and learn through a variety of hands-on activities and increase their awareness and appreciation of the natural environment. Learning in small groups of 10-12 lets us foster an atmosphere of community and cooperation. The staff encourages a sense of belonging and sensitivity toward our environment, as participants make new friends and explore beautiful natural areas. Groups are led by qualified environmental educators. The leadership, experience, and knowledge of the staff create a safe, fun, and caring learning environment.
