Tri-City Homeless Coalition

  • About Us

The Mission of the Tri-City Homeless Coalition is to identify and coordinate ways to serve homeless individuals and families in cooperation with the local communities and the homeless themselves, with the goals of independence, self-help, and reintegration into the social fabric and to take action to remove the causes of homelessness in southern Alameda County (California).

Tri-City provides a continuum of services from prevention through street homeless outreach and winter relief to transitional and permanent affordable housing with wrap-around supportive services.
