Coordinating volunteers to help seniors and adults with disabilities in Polk County WI to maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life. Our caring volunteers provide services for no charge to help their neighbors age in place.

Our volunteers help seniors and adults with disabilities and chronic conditions with rides, visits, chores and more. We continue the rural tradition of neighbors helping neighbor.
