Awarded '2018 NPT's Best NonProfits To Work For,' our vision is simple yet bold: We want to create a world in which people with learning differences (LD) like dyslexia and attention differences like ADHD are fully accepted, valued, and respected, and that they live free from second thoughts or worry — ready, able, and eager to apply their unique strengths to whatever they encounter in life.

For more than twenty years, Eye to Eye has provided student-centered and evidence-based programming focused on social and emotional learning - a critically important skill set for students with LD/ADHD. Our research-backed curriculum has empowered more than 10,000 students with LD/ADHD as they develop strong social and emotional skills, develop and utilize effective classroom accommodations, and become advocates for more inclusive and supportive learning environments.

For us, it’s more than just a job. As the only national mentoring and advocacy organization run by and for people with learning differences, we set an example of inclusivity by valuing the uniqueness of each employee’s learning style so that we are all able to thrive. We are best when learning from each other, bringing our diverse ideas, talents, stories, and perspectives fueling collaboration and innovation. This culture of inclusion drives our work to empower students to lead their own lives with confidence and pride, comfortable in their learning disability identity and prepared to take on the world.
