St. Columba's Nursery School

  • About Us

St. Columba's Nursery School is a play-based, inclusive nursery school program with an emphasis on outdoor play. It serves children ages two through five years, many of whom have special needs and challenges. Two co-Teachers share supervision of the classrooms, typically of 12 to 18 children depending on their age, and are supported by the Head of School, Assistant Head of School, and various Specialist Teachers, Assistant Teachers and staff.

At St. Columba’s Nursery School, we believe that each child, each family, and each staff member has an infinite capacity to learn and grow. We cultivate their God-given and unique abilities in a joyful atmosphere of supported inquiry, sociability, and inclusion.
