    Mission Statement:

    The Courtroom Accountability Project is a Florida nonprofit private investigative organization. Our organization provides free investigative support to victims of police misconduct and domestic violence survivors. We provide licensed private investigators and trained staff to assist in investigations, serve as witnesses, obtain records and act as advocates for our clients at public hearings and in private meetings with public officials. We also provide auditing and testing of law enforcement agencies for the public and the police. We use social media platforms to advance our client's cases.

    Services offered by The Courtroom Accountability Project at no costs to police abuse victims and domestic violence victims include:

    • Filing complaints against public officials and assisting those who need help doing so for themselves. We file approved complaints with the Dept of Justice
    • Audits of police departments by phone, at police stations and while driving
    • Record requests
    • Investigator or trained staff member will serve as an eyewitness escort for victims of racial profiling when they travel.
    • Support for domestic violence survivors during child custody exchanges.
    • Assistance with Voter Rights Restoration for convicted felons
    • Investigating Requirements for Expungements of criminal convictions
