Sacred Heart Schools, Atherton

Founded in 1898, Sacred Heart Schools is a Roman Catholic, coeducation, independent school for students in preschool through grade twelve. Located on a beautiful, historic 63-acre campus in Atherton, California, the school includes state-of-the-art facilities designed to provide an exceptional environment for learning inside and outside of the classroom. SHS is the only independent school in the San Francisco Bay Area to provide a preschool through grade twelve program on one campus, is one of twenty-three schools in the U.S. Network of Sacred Heart Schools, and is affiliated with a network of over 150 Sacred Heart Schools worldwide. The schools’ mission is to educate the whole child to be a leader who loves God and serves others.
