    Vision A world without Alzheimer's disease. Mission To eliminate Alzheimer’s disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health.

    About Us

    The Alzheimer’s Association - Greater Michigan Chapter, was founded in 1981. We are a private, non-profit, voluntary health organization and one of over 80 chapters across the United States. The Greater Michigan Chapter covers 60 counties. Offices are in Southfield (headquarters), Alpena, Flint, Grand Rapids, Marquette, Midland and Traverse City. Services are available to more than 140,000 individuals and their families who have Alzheimer's disease or other related dementias.
