  • About Us

Alif Schoolhouse is a private Islamic preschool cooperative program that prepares children to become caring, global citizens in a holistic learning environment. Alif Schoolhouse currently has one class of six children and is expanding to 12 students for the 2015-2016 academic year. This small program size allows teachers to build strong relationships with children in a play-based learning community. Students receive individualized reading instruction and participate in circle time, interdisciplinary lessons, and weekly Arabic classes led by a visiting teacher. Alif Schoolhouse teachers also focus on building student character by emphasizing caring for others and respecting diversity in the classroom.
