    Bird Alliance of Oregon's mission is to inspire all people to love and protect birds, wildlife, and the natural environment upon which life depends.

    About Us

    Bird Alliance is located on the edge of Portland's Forest Park and includes a Wildlife Care Center where over 3,000 native injured and orphaned animals are rehabilitated every year. Our education department provides nature-related classes and trips to youth and adults, and our Nature Store is the go-to-place in Portland for optics and nature-related gifts. Guests are able to enjoy our 150-acre nature sanctuary as they walk over 4.5 miles of maintained trails. Our dedicated and knowledge staff and volunteers work hard to inspire people to love and protect nature.
