Health Partners Free Clinic

  • Mission

Our mission is to provide free quality health care to the uninsured and under-insured residents of Miami and contiguous counties.

    About Us

Established in July 1998, Health Partners Free Clinic operates with the mission of providing high-quality health care for the uninsured and underserved residents of Miami and contiguous counties.

In 2007, The Paul G. Duke Health Center, at 1300 N. County Rd. 25A, Troy, OH, was built with generous lead donations from The Duke Foundation, the Robinson Foundation and through massive grassroot support. That same year, our patient volume tripled and the depth of our services increased with the addition of frequent nursing visits, medication reviews, prescription assistance, and diagnostic testing. The larger work space allowed us to expand our volunteer base. New opportunities were created that have nurtured relationships between the organization and our community.

We exist to serve our neighbors regardless of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, or the basis of disability, through time, work and support.
