    The specific purpose and mission of QFE is to empower impoverished women and girls in Kenya, specifically women who have experienced genital fistula and girl who have experienced gender-based violence. We support women to gain the necessary skills and self-confidence to become economically independent and support girls to stay in school and continue their education.

    About Us

    Mary Ann, a registered nurse, started QFE back in 2015. We are pleased that KQFE started under Norah's leadership. Today, both founders have passed away and we are busy keeping the program running smoothly to help women and girls in Kenya. We are looking to help create markets for items that the women create and we are also wanting to grow the board for QFE.
