Youth Civic Accelerator

Our mission is to build a robust, youth-centered civic infrastructure that

empowers young people, especially those from historically excluded communities, to

drive meaningful social and political change.

We envision a multiracial democracy in which young people from communities

of color and working-class backgrounds are organizing together, setting the public

agenda, and winning economic and social justice that secures dignity, opportunity, and

belonging for every community.

The Youth Civic Accelerator is not for idealists who only dream about how the world

should be; it is for builders, strategists, and executors ready to organize in the reality of

how things are to shift power where it matters. Guided by the following core values, we

turn vision into action.
