  • Mission

ZGiRLS equips girls with the tools and perspective they need to be confident, centered, and courageous.

    About Us

At ZGiRLS, we’re on a mission to change the world by empowering girls to develop unshakable inner strength. We do this by equipping girls aged 11-14 with the tools and perspectives they need to build self-worth, embrace challenges, and advocate for themselves.

Founded in 2014 by Olympic & NCAA athletes, ZGiRLS was created to address a crucial gap in mental health resources tailored to meet the needs of young girls. Witnessing firsthand the struggles with low self-esteem and confidence issues among girls as young as 11, our co-founders recognized the urgent need for accessible support. They created ZGiRLS to teach practical skills aimed at fostering confidence, resilience, and self-worth, delivered by relatable mentors to help girls feel understood and supported.

The ZGiRLS Confidence Program is a 4-week online program featuring Olympic & professional female athletes who guide participants through the ZGiRLS Curriculum(tm). Designed by mental health professionals and psychologists, our curriculum teaches girls tangible skills to overcome self-doubt, fear, and insecurities, while increasing confidence and self-esteem. Participants meet once a week for one hour.
