  • About Us

The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is a national voluntary health organization dedicated to finding cures for leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and to improving the quality of life of patients and their families.

The Western Pennsylvania & West Virginia Chapter serves 32 counties in Western Pennsylvania and the following counties in West Virginia: Brooke, Hancock, Harrison, Marion, Marshall, Monongalia, Ohio and Wetzel counties. Patient financial assistance for all of West Virginia is covered by the Pittsburgh office, however, all other patient services programs for the remaining counties in West Virginia not listed above are covered by the National IRC.

The Society relies on contributions from individuals, corporations, unions, foundations, clubs, organizations, special events, bequests and memorials. The Society's activities are supervised and directed by a National Board of Trustees.
