    Golden Opportunity (GO) provides students with one-on-one tutoring and mentoring from experienced educators. Most of our dedicated tutors begin working with a student in the second grade and continue throughout their elementary school years. This continuity of service, along with the trust, insight, and compassion established between tutors and students over time, make GO unique and effective.  

    In addition to one-on-one academic support, GO tutors serve as mentors, often going above and beyond to provide enrichment opportunities for their students. Whether it's tickets to a play, concert, or sporting event; visiting a museum; or receiving sponsorship for swimming or music lessons, this added level of support and opportunity transforms how students feel about school and their community.
