    The purpose of Starlight Scholarship Fund for Girls is to provide scholarships to disadvantaged girls living in the Washington DC metro area so they can rise as future leaders. Our goal is to provide an annual of $4000 scholarship to girls who are either senior students in High School or already in an accredited four year college.
