    Learning Independence Through Computers (LINC) is a consumer-based resource center which provides opportunities for children and adults with disabilities to use computer technology to achieve independence and productivity in personal and community life. LINC is located in Baltimore, Maryland. Services are available to individuals throughout Maryland and surrounding states. The organization began offering services in 1991.

    LINC is the Maryland member of the Alliance for Technology Access (ATA), a nationwide network of 45 community-based organizations serving more than 100,000 people annually. LINC draws on the expertise and information base of the entire Alliance in responding to the needs of people with disabilities.
