The Mirror Foundation runs a well-established volunteer programme for individuals and groups who wish to work with the hill tribes of northern Thailand and other ethnic minorities in the region.

Volunteer programmes include teaching at local schools, running childcare activities at local hilltribe villages to develop their learning skills, outdoor programmes that have included building village classrooms, water tanks, planting banana trees, etc.

The volunteer programmes range between one week to twelve weeks and provide food and accommodation at the volunteer base or through Homestay with the local hill tribe communities.
