  • Mission

Survive & Tell empowers survivors through public education on Officer Involved Domestic Violence (OIDV) and advocacy programs.

    About Us

Survive & Tell has hosted a variety of events and programs; ranging from political town halls to literacy programs aimed at bridging the gaps in underserved communities. Our focus is to offer relief to individuals impacted by unfair practices in the form of counseling, healing spaces, and encouraging them to champion their stories, to use their adversity to build character. Survive & Tell host an annual "Healing Spaces" event centered around providing a safe space where attendees can hone their story and share it amongst supportive individuals. A counselor is in attendance to provide emotional support, as necessary. Additionally, we host a literacy program that promotes vocabulary knowledge and family social interaction. This program culminates in an event where participants, ages 10-18, compete in an Academic Bowl to showcase their knowledge. Survive & Tell is committed to advocacy, ranging from domestic violence to education.
