    • Plan and organize events:
    • Coordinate logistics, venues, vendors, and schedules to ensure successful execution.
    • Manage budgets:
    • Develop and monitor event budgets to control costs and maximize resources.
    • Communicate with clients and stakeholders:
    • Understand event objectives and maintain regular updates.
    • Coordinate event marketing and promotions:
    • Develop strategies to attract attendees and increase event visibility.
    • Oversee event setup and breakdown:
    • Manage on-site activities to ensure smooth operations.
    • Handle registrations and attendee communications:
    • Manage ticketing, RSVP tracking, and provide event information.
    • Ensure compliance and safety:
    • Adhere to legal, health, and safety regulations throughout event planning and execution.
    • Evaluate event success:
    • Collect feedback and analyze outcomes to improve future events.

    How to Volunteer for This Opportunity

    Who We're Looking For:

    - Minimum age: 12

    - Passionate about volunteering and open to learning new skills and softwares

    - Complete training prior to start date

    - Can commit to the shift schedule

    Bonus Skills:

    - Fluency/high proficiency in a language other than English

    - Previous volunteer experience
