    Volunteer Development Director

    Do you believe in the power of women and girls to transform rural communities? Are you passionate about building sustainable change through strong partnerships and resources? Forces for Change is looking for a dedicated Volunteer Development Director to help us grow our impact.

    Forces for Change is a grassroots organization committed to empowering women and girls in rural communities.

    Your Role

    As our Volunteer Development Director/supervisor, you will:

    • Lead fundraising strategy and donor engagement
    • Build relationships with partners, sponsors, and supporters
    • Support grant research, applications, and reporting
    • Help design sustainable systems to fuel long-term growth
    • Collaborate with leadership on strategy, communications, and outreach

    • Experience or strong interest in fundraising, development, or nonprofit growth
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
    • Creative, proactive, and organized mindset
    • A passion for gender equity, rural development, and grassroots empowerment
