    Description

    Directors are expected to work at least 10 hours weekly and respond to emails within two days.

    SUMMARY:

    We are looking for a talented operations professional to help us achieve the next level of scale and impact. The candidate will also develop organizational capability to identify and resolve operational issues quickly and readily.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Build strong relationships internally and externally to become an integral part of the senior leadership team
    • Become quickly knowledgeable of operational processes, business rules, constituencies, participants, and operating environment.
    • Provide strategic oversight and identify opportunities to refine processes, increase efficiency, and reduce expenses across all operational areas.
    • A vital member of the Management team, bringing an operations perspective into organizational strategy
    • Contribute to developing and establishing organizational and organizational policies.
    • Responsible for building internal resources, teams, and infrastructure in pace with organizational growth
    • Communication of operational objectives throughout the organization to ensure alignment
    • Set operational and performance goals for the department
    • Build a cohesive, high-performing team
    • Develop and launch new programs to enhance the overall presence of STW™ to attract more sponsorships.

    EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:

    • Proven leadership with growth-stage companies
    • You are relentlessly efficient, organized, and tactical. You can also keep an eye on the horizon while being attuned to current conditions.
    • Exemplary communication skills
    • You are a mentor, coach, manager, and motivator. You work well in teams and inspire those around you.
    • Experience in executing Lean Six Sigma Activities
    • PhD or a Master's degree
    • Five years of full-time paid corporate/non-profit work experience
