Small But Mighty Heroes is seeking passionate, creative, and mission-driven volunteers to join our Dancing For Heroes Committee, the visionary team behind our signature fundraising gala celebrating courage, love, and the power of community.

💃 About Dancing For Heroes

Dancing For Heroes is a theatrical, story-driven fundraising experience benefiting children and families facing pediatric cancer. Through Latin & Ballroom Dance, storytelling, and unforgettable moments, we raise critical funds to ensure no child fights alone.

🕊 Who We’re Looking For

We are inviting 18–20 dedicated volunteers who bring energy, heart, and creativity. Committee members will help bring the Founder’s vision to life while collaborating closely with our Event Coordinator and Stage Manager.

Ideal candidates are:

• Passionate about helping children and families
• Organized, creative, or well-connected
• Comfortable working as part of a collaborative team
• Excited by elegance, storytelling, and meaningful impact
• Able to commit time leading up to the event
