    Description

Rock Steady Boxing enables individuals with Parkinson’s disease to fight their disease by providing non-contact boxing-style fitness programs that improve their quality of life and sense of efficacy and self-worth.

Help fuel the fight against Parkinson’s disease! Support our innovative and intense exercise program that can slow and sometimes reverse symptoms.

Volunteers are needed to assist our coach, help boxers one on one and be a voice of cheer and encouragement.

Class fitness levels vary by day/time, but all classes are in the afternoons Monday through Friday. Our greatest need is Tuesday and Thursday afternoons for our more progressed PD warriors.
