What is the Vegan Chef Challenge (VCC)?

The VCC is an exciting event that brings restaurants and foodies together to dramatically increase vegan menu offerings in cities across the U.S.

Volunteer Responsibilities:

As a VCC Volunteer, you’ll work with a local Lead Organizer to:

• Reach out to local restaurants to encourage their participation.
• Spread the word through social media, flyers, and local networks.
• Engage with community members to boost excitement and event attendance.
• Support event coordination as needed during the month-long challenge.

This is a flexible and rewarding opportunity that directly contributes to increasing vegan options and awareness in your area. The organizing efforts will last from early November until mid-March, with some weeks being super quiet and other weeks a little busier.
