    Description

    OCES is looking for volunteers for our Money Management Program in Plymouth County. The Money Management Program Monitor provides the Money Management Program with an independent monitoring component, which oversees and helps safeguard the clients' financial situation.

    Responsibilities/Tasks:

    • Monitor consumer's account activity monthly be reviewing bank statements and by completing a Consumer Monitor Checklist. Compare bank statements to MMP Volunteer Monthly reports.
    • Promptly reports any problems encountered during monitoring consumer accounts to program coordinator.
    • Notifies program coordinator of any concerns.

    Abilities/Qualities sought:

    • General knowledge of household budgeting & personal finance management.
    • Patience & tactfulness; ability to work cooperatively.
    • Computer skills.
