    Who We Are

    Human Rights Research Center (HRRC) is an established nonprofit that brings a multidisciplinary approach to human rights and seeks to bridge the gap between academic research and the wider public. We educate through facts, advocate using our research findings, and take action to implement change.

    Who You Are

    We are seeking passionate and creative Volunteer Content Creators to help amplify our message and engage our audience across digital platforms. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy writing, designing, or producing multimedia content and want to make a meaningful impact through their skills.

    What You’ll Do

    • Develop original content (articles, graphics, videos, social media posts) aligned with our mission and campaigns
    • Collaborate with staff and volunteers to identify timely topics and storytelling opportunities
    • Assist in editing, proofreading, and publishing content for our website and social channels
    • Ensure all content reflects our values of inclusivity and respect
    • Monitor audience engagement and suggest improvements for future content
    • Support digital promotion strategies and share content across platforms

    Qualifications

    • Demonstrated interest in human rights, social justice, or related fields.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex topics with empathy and clarity
    • Familiarity with digital content tools (e.g., Canva, Wix, video editing software) is a plus
    • Ability to collaborate in a virtual, fast-paced nonprofit environment
    • Editorial judgment and a thoughtful approach to representation and inclusion
