    About Polycreek:

    Polycreek is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to ending online child abuse through technology, advocacy, and collaboration. We develop AI tools that detect and report harmful online content to authorities, to make the internet safer for children worldwide.

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a Board Member with strong experience in Operations, Organizational Management, or Nonprofit Administration to help guide Polycreek’s internal growth, sustainability, and efficiency. This individual will work closely with leadership to strengthen the organization’s operational systems and ensure that our mission is supported by effective structures and processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide strategic oversight on operational planning, systems, and scalability.
    • Support financial stewardship, compliance, and performance measurement.
    • Advise on best practices in nonprofit management, HR, and resource allocation.
    • Collaborate with the Executive Director and fellow board members to enhance organizational effectiveness.

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Proven experience in operations, management, finance, or nonprofit administration.
    • Strong understanding of organizational development, governance, or capacity building.
    • Ability to bring structure and systems-thinking to a growing organization.
    • Commitment to Polycreek’s mission of leveraging technology to protect children online.
