Email Marketer

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Volunteer Email Marketer or Marketers to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building our digital presence, engaging with our audience, and generating leads to potentially generate revenue. You will have the chance to own the entire email marketing function, from strategy to execution, using industry-standard tools. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, build your portfolio, and possibly earn a commission (if we get any sales).

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive email marketing strategy to nurture our existing community and attract paying customers.
• Email Design & Campaign Management: Create, design, and send engaging email campaigns (newsletters, updates, event invitations) using Mailchimp.
• Lead Generation: Proactively research and identify potential leads who may be interested in our resume services.
• List Growth: Implement strategies to grow our subscriber list and expand our reach.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on key email metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) to continuously optimize campaign performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the social media team to align email content with organizational goals and events.

Who You Are:

• At least 2 years of experience related to this role.
• Familiar with email marketing platforms.
• Familiar with lead generation tools and strategies. Experience with tools like Apollo.io, Hunter.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Lusha is a strong plus.
• Have a good eye for design and the ability to create beautiful emails.
• You are organized and can work without supervision.
