    Description

    We are seeking someone that would like to make admission follow up phone calls to patients' and their families once they are on service with Hospice Plus. This position would take about 1-2 hours per week, and you could help in other ways as well. We offer a follow up phone call, then a letter incase we care not able to speak with someone directly.

    Safe and secure office building, work in enclosed office, there would always be a supervisor present for your safety and to answer questions. This is a handicap accessible building, and parking is free.

There is Orientation, drug screening and a background check to complete as we move forward in the position. Must provide your own transportation, we are on the 101 bus route, for the Dallas Metro. We also require a state ID or Driver's License.
