    Description

    🛠️ Role Summary

The JJ Center is moving into the future! We are launching a high-level initiative to integrate Artificial Intelligence into our community programs, and our CEO needs a dedicated person to help organize the "moving pieces."

As the AI Project Strategy Coordinator, you will work closely with the CEO to turn big-picture ideas into a clear, actionable roadmap. You are the "anchor" of this project—taking notes during strategy sessions, organizing thoughts into structured tasks, and ensuring that every meeting ends with clear next steps. If you are a master of organization who loves "bringing order to chaos," this is the role for you.

    ⚡ Key Responsibilities

    • Strategic Note-Taking: Attend strategy sessions with the CEO and technical teams to capture key decisions, ideas, and requirements.
    • Thought Organization: Help the CEO categorize "moving pieces" into logical phases and projects.
    • Task Management: Translate meeting notes into trackable tasks within our Slack Project Tracker, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
    • 🎯 Defining Next Steps: Proactively identify and document "What’s next?" after every session so the technical teams (IT/Engineers) always have clear direction.
    • Executive Liaison: Act as a central point of contact to ensure the CEO is updated on progress and that blockers are identified early.

    ✅ Qualifications

    • Exceptional Organization: You have a natural gift for taking a page of notes and turning it into a structured "To-Do" list.
    • Strategic Thinker: You can hear a vision and help break it down into the small steps needed to get there.
    • Professional Reliability: As the sole person in this role working with the CEO, your consistency and attention to detail are vital.
    • Tech-Comfortable: You don’t need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT/Gemini), Slack, and Google Workspace.

    📅 Commitment

    • Time: 4–6 hours per week.
    • Schedule: Must be available for a weekly strategy sync with the CEO (flexible timing).
    • Impact: You are directly shaping the future of how The JJ Center serves the D.C. community.
