We're looking for volunteers to assist with our fundraising luncheon. We have several roles that need to be filled within a two day period. The luncheon takes place on Saturday, Feb. 28, 2026 from 12-3pm. We will also need help the day before (Fri. Feb. 27, 2026) for pre-event prep.
The luncheon is our annual fundraiser. Funds raised help us provide free blood pressure monitors to those in need and supports our mission to raise awareness about heart disease; the number one killer of men and women globally.
On Friday 2/27/26 we're looking for volunteers to help us w/ event set-up. We will assemble gifts and favors and prep the ballroom for the event. This will require lifting and standing.
On Saturday 2/28/26 we need volunteers to help with event registration, our raffle, set-up and clean-up. This will require lifting and standing.
Free lunch for any volunteer serving 8 consecutive hours
Our event will take place in the Debussy Ballroom. There is a dedicated entrance from the parking lot directly into the Debussy Ballroom foyer (shorter walking distance opposed to entering through main lobby). Follow the signs to park closer to the entrance.
No experience necessary. All volunteers are asked to join an orientation call one week prior to event to learn more about the event and available roles. Volunteers will receive one hour service recognition for the orientation call. Details about the call are provided to registered volunteers.
Volunteers are asked to dress business casual and wear comfortable shoes. Volunteer roles require walking, standing and some lifting.
Please review location details. All volunteers are required to be 16 years of age and have their own transportation. Please do not bring additional people or children with you. Free lunch provided to volunteers who work 8-hour shifts.
IMPORTANT: as a nonprofit organization, we rely on volunteers to execute our mission. Once you sign-up, we are counting on you. If there is an emergency or other reason you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible. Please note: we keep records of attendance and will not confirm attendance for no-shows. You must be present to receive official documentation.
