    Description

    We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented volunteer to support accessibility and inclusion across our communication channels. This role involves writing alt text for social media posts, ensuring digital content is accessible, and helping translate emails and messages into other languages as needed.

    Responsibilities:

    • Write clear and meaningful alt text for images used on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
    • Ensure captions and formatting meet accessibility best practices (ADA compliance).
    • Translate written communication (emails, social posts, event announcements) into designated languages based on audience needs.
    • Collaborate with the social media and communications teams to review content for clarity and inclusivity.
    • Stay informed on digital accessibility trends and standards.
