    About the Role:

    We are seeking a creative and dynamic Copywriter (volunteer) to support our efforts in writing and editing compelling copy for our diverse audiences of professionals in the health care design industry. The ideal candidate has the ability to translate complex technical information into appealing brand and product stories. We have many exciting new products launching soon and the individual in this role will be creating engaging content to build excitement about our brand and promote our mission. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in storytelling, brand communication, and digital marketing in a mission-driven nonprofit.

    • You ideally have one year of experience supporting online businesses in a copywriting or content-creation capacity.

    Pluses:

    • You have a basic understanding of writing for search engine optimization (SEO) and content strategy principles.
    • You have worked with email marketing platforms (MailerLite is a plus!).
    • You know your way around Google Analytics (G4); that would be the cherry on top!
    • You have 2+ years of experience in copywriting or a related field (education, volunteer, or professional).
    • You have prior knowledge of the FGI Guidelines for Design and Construction documents.
    • You have experience in the health care design and construction industry.
