Description
Grace Helping Hands is a nonprofit dedicated to restoring dignity to homeless women and children by providing hygiene kits and feminine care products. We are seeking a creative and motivated distribution volunteers to help share our mission and grow our reach.
Responsibilities
- Assist with organizing, packing, and preparing items for distribution.
- Maintain a clean and safe distribution area.
- Provide friendly and respectful service to community members.
- Follow distribution guidelines and instructions from team leaders.
- To distribute kits at City of Refuge in Baltimore City & Progress Place Silver Spring.
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and punctual individuals who are eager to serve.
- Ability to lift and carry boxes
- Team players with a positive and flexible attitude.
- Good communication skills and willingness to interact with diverse community members.
- No prior experience required — training will be provided!

Time Commitment: Varies depending on events. Usually 2-3 hours/event.

About Grace Helping Hands
Grace Helping Hands (GHH) is a grassroots nonprofit founded in 2024 to bring comfort and dignity to homeless women and children. We provide hygiene kits and feminine care products through partnerships with shelters, pantries, and crisis centers in Montgomery County, Howard County, Prince George’s County, Baltimore City, and Washington, DC. Since launching, we’ve distributed hundreds of kits — offering hope, health, and dignity to people in crisis.
